About the People Operations Specialist position

We are looking for an enthusiastic People Operations Specialist who will be the first point of contact for the People Operations team with a focus on delivering people centric initiatives, and ensuring HR processes are streamlined and accurate. This role will have exposure to all facets of HR so you must be able to pivot quickly in our rapid growth environment with a positive attitude and passion to learn.

Responsibilities include:

Manage Employee life cycle end to end

Provide outstanding service to employees that are seeking information or clarity around HR processes or redirecting them as appropriate

Maintain employee records through Human Resources Information System and conduct frequent audits to ensure information accuracy

Implement programs to create an efficient workplace

Help with Talent Acquisition process

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a HR Generalist

Experience in talent sourcing is a plus

Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment

A passion for being organized! You love to keep data and processes clean and updated

A problem solver and go-getter, comfortable thinking big and diving deep

      Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

      Effective communication skills

      BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
