We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to own and manage the full recruiting cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting to interviewing and hiring great employees.
A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Developing new recruiting strategies using various sourcing techniques
Creating and modifying job descriptions
Work with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools
Develop offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiate offer and finalize start date with candidate
Continue interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization. Lead and close all formalities related to on- boarding of the candidate
Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process that conform to the local labor code
Promoting the company on a wide basis
3-4 years of experience as a Recruiter
Excellent analytical skills
Familiar with HR tools
Familiar with MS Office
