This is an exciting role for an HR professional to join a growing organization and provide support to the entire Operations team while working closely with the Head of People. This position is a blend of business partnering and operational functions and requires a solid working knowledge of a variety of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead different HR Functions that include Talent acquisition; Employee Relations consultation; Performance Management; Rewards and Recognition and Talent management
- Drive employee engagement activities within the business unit
- Actively participate in annual budget planning and labor forecasting process
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters
- Educate managers and employees and ensures compliance with talent development practices to ensure flawless execution of all HR processes
- Actively participates in culture and change management initiatives
- Benefits and payroll administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
- A diploma in Human Resources management is an asset
- At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian employment legislation with the ability to interpret and synthesize into working policies
- Proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to pivot from administrative to strategic functions as needed
- Previous experience within the retail or FMCG industry is an asset
